Causes of Blisters

Blisters are a common foot problem that can be caused by a number of factors. They are most often caused by friction and heat, but they can also be caused by wearing shoes that don’t fit properly or rubbing against the skin.

If you have blisters, it is important to take care of them right away. You should clean the area with soap and water and then cover it with an antibiotic ointment or a blister plaster. You should also make sure to wear shoes that fit properly and avoid any activities that cause friction on your feet.
